Arnold Gauge Company, Inc. administers the Mike Condo sensor-alert program using 855-672-7867 (855-MRB-RUNS). This private, non-marketing program sends requested water-leak, sensor-health, and dry-clearance messages to enrolled recipients.
We collect the recipient’s mobile number, name or account association, consent and opt-out records, message content, delivery information, and sensor-event details needed to provide the alerts. Event details may identify a monitored room or device and the time of an event. Do not send passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information by text.
We use this information to enroll recipients, send and troubleshoot alerts, honor messaging preferences, maintain security, and document consent. We disclose information to messaging providers, carriers, and technical service providers only as necessary to operate and support the program, and when required by law.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing; limited disclosure to providers necessary to deliver and support the service is permitted.
We retain program information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, document consent and opt-outs, resolve problems, and meet applicable obligations. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor an opt-out. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers. No communication or storage system is completely secure.
